Building Bridges to Better Health, a Healthier Somerset initiative, is pleased to announce the recipients of our Mini-Grants for Community Projects. Congratulations to Somerset County 4-H, in partnership with the 4-H/Middle Earth Student Ambassadors for Community Health, Literacy Volunteers of Somerset County, Bound Brook School District.
