During this workshop you will learn:

  • The benefits of mindful eating

Bernards Township Health Department Annual Health Screening
May 9 @ 7:00 am – 9:00 am

Screening  includes blood test, urinalysis, stool hemoccult test and blood pressure check. Purpose is to screen for conditions such as diabetes, gout, kidney disease, lipid profile, colon cancer, hypertension, etc. Additional cost for optional tests including Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), Hemoglobin A1C, and FIT ( fecal immunochemical test).              In-person Registration required starting April 8 at Bernards Township Health Dept., 262 S. finley Ave., Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 Info: 908-204-2520

Learn safe and easy freezing methods for vegetables and fruit and how to dehydrate herbs, vegetables & fruit, including using a food dehydrator.  Participants will make freezer jam and take home a jar.
