This evidence-based workshop is designed to help people with chronic health conditions to overcome daily challenges and maintain an active, fulfilling life.
Participants will learn healthy living techniques, including symptom management, healthy eating, exercise strategies and stress management. The program will help individuals communicate effectively with doctors and health care teams. Research confirms that participants increase healthful behaviors, experience improvements in outlook and confidence, and are less limited in daily activities.
